Service description
Murder Board provides structured adversarial analysis of business strategies, pitch decks, investment theses, and related documents. The service delivers decision support in the form of a written intelligence report. It is not advisory, consulting, or professional services in any regulated category.
Not advice
Murder Board reports are explicitly not financial advice, legal advice, or investment advice. The report identifies risks, assumptions, and decision triggers. It does not tell you what to do. All decisions remain yours. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial, legal, or investment decision.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of all materials you submit to Murder Board. We claim no rights over your documents, data, or intellectual property. Murder Board retains ownership of its methodology, report structure, analytic frameworks, and any original analysis contained in the report.
Confidentiality
Your submitted materials are treated as confidential. They are deleted within 30 days of report delivery. They are never shared with third parties. They are never used for AI training or any purpose other than producing your report.
Refund policy
If your Murder Board report fails to identify at least one valid, previously unconsidered risk in your strategy, you receive a full refund. No questions asked.
Limitation of liability
Murder Board's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fee you paid for the report. Murder Board accepts no liability for any decisions made, or actions taken, based on the contents of a report. The service is decision support, not a guarantee of any outcome.
Acceptable use
The service is intended for legitimate business documents only. You must not submit materials that contain illegal content, infringe the intellectual property rights of others, or are intended for any unlawful purpose.
